Making Mental Health Easy for Kids to Discuss

Advocates 4 ALL Youth began as a universal, school-based program to improve mental health knowledge and ensure equitable access to knowledge of key mental health concepts and empower students to manage their mental health and know when to seek care.

Advocates 4 All Youth provides research-based lessons with trained volunteers (ALLYs) to teach kids mental health skills and self care at NO COST to schools and families.

Positive changes seen school culture after one semester, such as increased student resilience and decreased reluctance to discuss mental health care
